John Kettrick

After a period in the engineering sector, the majority of John's career has been in the airline industry covering all aspects of personnel - particularly the Industrial Relations. He now develops and delivers courses for managers who want to get the best from their people. His courses address the problems managers are likely to encounter with the emphasis on disciplinary procedures - how to avoid the necessity to use them and when the become inevitable how to process them properly. He is a member of the Employment Tribunal Service and this complements his training work by being involved in all sorts of personnel problems at the workplace.
